Can I collect rental applications with a link?
Yes. You get one link to send to everyone who asks. Each applicant gives a name, an email they confirm, what they'd pay and a note; you see them ranked on one board, with the email verified before it reaches you.
Is it rent bidding?
Only if you want it to be. By default applicants see nothing but your asking rent; they can offer it or something else. Turn on the open board and they see the top offer too. Some places restrict rent bidding, so check your local rules; our blog has a summary.
Do applicants need an account?
No. A name and an email, confirmed once by clicking a link. They can change or withdraw from the same link until applications close.
What happens when I pick someone?
They're emailed. Everyone else is emailed too, so you never have to send the “sorry, it's gone” messages yourself.
Does RealBid run credit checks or take deposits?
Not in this flow. It collects the applications and tells everyone the result; your screening and lease stay as they are.
What does it cost?
Nothing.
